Gratuities

If you wish to leave gratuities as the result of an exceptional experience, these will be accepted with appreciation. Gratuities are left up to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices.

To Cancel or Reschedule

We are happy to accommodate any appointment changes but we would like to let you know that all appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Changes or cancellations to appointments made less than 24 hours will result in a fee of $25. Please note, spa packages are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy 

Staff Selection/Changes

Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please feel free to request the esthetician of your choice, however it is always the pleasure of any Chez Carmel employee to fulfill your scheduling needs.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available at our customer service desk. Gift cards for any occasion, you can either purchase a dollar amount, or a particular service. Makes a great gift for anyone! Please ask us about them.

For Your Protection

 We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles including clothing or accessories.  Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

At the time of booking your treatment, please advise us of any allergies, ailments, illnesses, disabilities, pregnancy.
